Pizza dough, bread dough, or nun? Thousands of recipes start with the sweet dough. It’s often called bread dough. But it can also be used to make pizza and nun recipes, depending on the toppings. You may make lots of baking items regularly. In most baking items, dough is a common item. Even, if you make dough for every item individually, it will take a lot of time and also be a waste of time. So, you can make a common dough, by which you can make all of the items very easily.
The idea behind sweet dough is that it isn’t just made with yeast, it’s made with yeast and sugar. So it raises faster than regular bread dough. This allows you to make dinner rolls in just an hour, or you can use the same method to make pizza dough in just three hours.
I have gathered the simplest recipe to make this dough. Making process is described below briefly.
Sweet dough recipe Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of yeast
- 0.25 cup of hot water
- 0.5 cup of milk
- 0.5 cup of butter
- 1.5 teaspoon of salt
- 0.5 cup of sugar
- 2 pieces of egg
- 6 cups of flour
Sweet dough Making process
- To being with, Take a bowl to mix all of the ingredients. It will be better, if you use an electric mixer, instead of mixing by hand. The mixer will mix the recipe very well and also make the dough soft
- Then, take 0.25 cups of hot water into the bowl and put 2 teaspoons of yeast into the bowl. Make sure the water is not so cold, also not too hot. In fact, if the water is too much hot, then the yeast will run to ruin in this hot water. The perfect temperature should be 40-42 degrees calculus.
- After that, put 0.5 cups of mild hot milk, 0.5 cups of melted butter, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.5 cups of sugar into the bowl. Mix it for a while. After mixing for some moment, put 1 egg into the bowl and mix the egg for a while.
- Similarly, keep giving one cup of flour into the bowl and mix it slowly. Pour all of the flour gradually.
- Smear it by the hand for 10 minutes. When the dough will be smooth, it will not steak into the hand and bowl. Then you can understand that the dough is almost ready.
- Spread some oil on the dough. Put the dough in a hot place for 1-2 hours.
- Finally, our sweet dough is ready. Not it is time to make many of the recipes using this dough. You can save this food in the freezer at a normal temperature for several weeks

Toast biscuit making process
- First of all, take some sweet dough. The quantity depends on your need, and how many biscuits you want to bake. Also, take a baking tray to bake the toast.
- Then, take some of the dough in your hand and make it round with your hand like your finger. Make all of the dough rolls shaped and put them into the baking tray in a row. make sure, there is not a blank space in the tray.
- Keep that baking tray in a warm place for 1 hour. Then the dough will become floppy after some time.
- After that, heat the oven to around 200 degrees Celsius temperature. Put the baking tray into the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Get out the baking tray from the oven and cut the roll into 8 cm long pieces.
- Then, put the baking tray into the oven for 2nd time at 160 degrees celsius. Bake it for 1 hour.
- At last, our toast biscuit is ready for it
Hamburger bun baking process
- To make a hamburger bun, use 0.5 cups of water into the dough instead of an egg. Also, put half of the oil and sugar as before.
- Then, take 0.3 cups of the dough and make an 8 cm radius rounded circle by the dough.
- Put the dough in a baking tray and keep that tray in a hot place for 1 hour.
- After that, put the baking tray into an oven at 200 degrees celsius temperature to bake. Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
- Finally, our hamburger bun is ready to make a hamburger.
Black Forest bread baking process
- First of all, take 1 recipe of sweet dough which we had made now.
- Put 0.5 cups of Raisins and 0.25 cups of confiture pieces into the dough. Mix it sometimes
- Take some of the dough in hand and make it circle shaped ball. Put it into a baking tray.
- Then, bake it for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
- Finally, it is ready to eat.
