1. Puff dough ingredients and making process

First of all, you have the make the dough for this curry puff. It is a must to make puff curry. Moreover, to make puff dough, you need to collect some very basic ingredients. They are:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 3 cups of flour
  • water 0.5 cup
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder

  3. Then, roll the dough and make it 0.5-1 cm thick. Put the butter inside the dough and fold it. Then again roll the dough and put another fold. Roll that dough several times in this process.

2. Curry making and baking

  1. First of all, take a saucepan to cook the recipe. Put  2 tablespoons of oil into the saucepan. Then put 1 cup of Minced meat, 0.5 teaspoons of ginger paste, 1 piece of Bay leaves, 2 pieces of Cinnamon, and 2 pieces of Cardamom into the pan. Similarly, put 0.5 cups of water and boil them for some time.
  2. After that,  When the water dries up, put the curry powder, paper powder, onion slices, and green chili paste and fry them for a while.
  3. Our curry is ready. Keep it aside.
  4. Now, take the puff dough and roll the dough 0.5 cm thick
  5. Then, cut the dough into square slices. 6 cm * 6 cm slices.
  6. After that, Break the egg and put it in a bowl. Mix the egg. Then brush this egg upside the rolled dough with a brush.
  7. Then put 1 tablespoon of curry inside the dough and fold it aside.
  8. Take a brush and sprinkle some egg upside the curry puff. This process will give a glace to the dough.
  9. Finally, bake it for 20-30 minutes and it is ready to serve.
